  1. Definitions and terms

Seller: EFT-MR

Buyer: can be any natural person over the age of 16 or legal person or any legal entity that makes an Account on the Site and places an Order.

Customer - can be any natural person over the age of 16 or legal entity that has or obtains access to CONTENT, through any means of communication provided by EFT-MR (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on a user agreement existing between EFT-MR and it and which requires the creation and use of an Account.

User - any natural person over the age of 16 or a legal person registered on the Site, who, by completing the process of creating the Account, has agreed to the site-specific clauses in the General Terms and Conditions section.

Account - the section of the Site consisting of an e-mail address and a password that allows the Buyer to send the Order and that contains information about the Customer / Buyer. The user is responsible and will ensure that all information entered when creating the Account is correct, complete and up to date.

Site - the online store hosted at eft-mr.ro and its subdomains.

Order - an electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Buyer transmits to the Seller, through the Site, his intention to purchase Goods and Services from the Site.

Goods and Services - any product or service listed on the Site, including the products and services mentioned in the Order, which are to be provided by the Seller, the Buyer as a result of the concluded Contract.

Contract - represents the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Buyer.

Content - represents:

- all information on the Site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed using electronic equipment;

- the content of any e-mail sent to Buyers by the Seller by electronic means and / or any other available means of communication;

- any information communicated by any means by an employee / collaborator of the Seller, the Buyer, according to the contact information, specified or not by him;

- information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or tariffs charged by the Seller during a certain period;

- information related to the Goods and / or Services and / or tariffs charged by a third party with which the Seller has concluded partnership contracts, during a certain period;

- data regarding the Seller or other privileged data of the Seller.

  1. Conclusion of the contract:

The presentation of the goods in the online store does not constitute a legally obligatory offer, but only an optional online presentation. By clicking on the "Order and pay" button, you send a mandatory order regarding the goods in the shopping cart. By clicking on the "Order and pay" button, you explicitly acknowledge that if we accept your order, you will be obliged to pay the respective purchase price of the order. Confirmation of receipt of the order is issued immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We will accept your order by sending a confirmation of the order by e-mail or by sending the goods within 48 hours.

 

  1. INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Right of withdrawal

 

By law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you enter or a third party, indicated by you, in possession of the password through which you can access the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund your payment for the goods from which you wish to withdraw from the contract, which we have received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date to which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method as used for the initial transaction; In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund. The password based on which you have accessed or could have accessed the paid goods, will be inactivated within a maximum of 48 hours from the receipt of the withdrawal request.

  1. Accessing goods:

The access of the purchased goods can be made from any country, in compliance with the legislation in force in that country by the user.

 

  1. warranty:

If the access to the goods presents problems due to the platform used by the seller (ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL & CO SRL), the buyer must address a complaint to the seller, describing the problem encountered and provide the seller with all the required details necessary to remedy problem. However, failure to file a complaint has no effect on your legal rights. The warranty for all goods sold by ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL & CO SRL is 1 month.

 

  1. Shipping costs:

Your order placed at ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL & CO SRL is shipped by email, free of charge. The dispatch of the order consists in making available by means of an electronic correspondence all the data necessary to access the purchased goods. The shipment is made within a maximum of 24 hours from the confirmation of payment for the purchased goods.

Pay immediately during the order process by entering your credit card details. Once shipped, your credit card will be debited with the actual amount invoiced, after deducting discounts, as appropriate, vouchers, etc.

Our prices are expressed in RON and do not involve the payment of Value Added Tax, because the seller is not a VAT payer.

 

  1. Property reservation:

Until full payment, the goods remain our property.

 

  1. Communications by electronic means

Communications related to the contract may take place by electronic means.

 

  1. Alternative dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures within the buyer / consumer arbitration panels.

 

  1. Exclusion of liability for third party internet links:

On our pages, we use internet links to make links to other internet pages. For all these internet links, it is valid that: We expressly declare that we have no influence on the style and content of the linked pages. Thus, we expressly distance ourselves from all content on all linked pages belonging to third parties and do not appropriate such content as our own. This statement will apply to all internet links displayed and to all content of the pages to which the links are made.

 

  1. Contract language / order text storage:

The contract is concluded in Romanian and, as the case may be, in English. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be accessed after completing the order procedure. You can, however, print the text of the order immediately after sending the order.

 

  1. Photo rights:

All rights over the photos belong to the company ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL & CO SRL. Their use without explicit prior approval is not permitted.
